Welcome to Sibuor Designs, a creative agency under BKG Consulting Africa. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and related digital platforms. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Sibuor Designs provides branding, web design, graphic design, consulting, and related creative solutions. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing may be set out in separate service agreements or proposals.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services. By engaging with us, you confirm you are legally able to enter into binding agreements.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, respond promptly to communications, and respect agreed payment schedules and project timelines.
All service fees will be communicated clearly before project commencement. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled in line with our refund policy or contract terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Sibuor Designs retains ownership of all creative materials until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients are granted rights to use deliverables as specified in the service agreement.
While we strive to deliver high-quality services, Sibuor Designs and BKG Consulting Africa are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions resulting from use of our services.
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect client information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these Terms or engages in conduct harmful to our business or reputation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
